Delete Account

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

1In-App Deletion

The quickest way to delete your account is directly through the Cashlab app:

  1. Open the Cashlab app.
  2. Go to Settings via the menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Account section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.

2Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or user ID in the message body.

Data Retention Policy

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data (including transaction history, budget settings, and profile information) will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
